Captain George was nice enough to set up a Google Docs template so that we as a group can rate the Giants 1st and 2nd Round draft picks from 1979-1999.  We added Dave Brown to the group, considering he was why we lost a 1st rounder as compensation for taking him in the Supplemental Draft.  Fwiw, I gave Brown a 5, which I consider my act of charity for the day.
